ANDREW MOYES, 46, of Kingfisher Green, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class A drug, namely cocaine, in Oxford on October 18 last year. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months. There were court costs of £54.
MICHELLE SALLIS, 40, of Buckingham Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count of common assault in Cranfield on November 21 last year and one count of assault by beating on the same day. He was ordered to pay £200 in compensation and was excluded from the High Street, Cranfield for two years. There were no orders for costs.
JOHN SAMMONS, 53, of The Moors, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to stalking involving serious alarm/distress between March 3 and March 27 this year in Kidlington by emailing, calling and sending bank transfers to the victim with messages. He also attended the victim’s home address despite court bail conditions preventing him from doing so. He was also found guilty of two counts of stalking without fear/alarm/distress between June 6 and June 16 this year in Kidlington and June 27 and June 28 this year. He was jailed for 12 weeks and made subject to a restraining order. There were court costs of £300.
ANTON DUBLIN, 32, of Cranbrook Drive, Kennington, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on an unknown date. He was fined £150. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £120.
DARIUSZ SZWAB, 26, of Oxford Street, Moreton-in-Marsh, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on May 27 this year in Banbury. He was disqualified from driving for four months and 15 days and fined £461. There were court costs of £85.
MUHAMMAD ALI, 40, of Winifred Road, Bedford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on March 8 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
THOMAS GARRITY, 35, of no fixed abode, was found guilty to one count of theft of a pedal cycle on February 13 this year to the value of £350 from Thames Valley Police. He also pleaded guilty to 12 counts of theft from a shop, one count of fraud by false representation by using someone else’s credit card on January 12 this year to buy something worth £57.13, and failing to surrender to court/police bail on April 26. He was jailed for 12 weeks. There were no orders for costs.
