Oxford Playhouse is looking for a positive and proactive Box Office Manager to lead its busy box office team to promote the vision and work of Oxford Playhouse. The Box Office Manager will lead and manage the Box Office team to champion excellence in customer care and ticketing.

Job Requirements
We are looking for someone who is a:
- A positive and proactive leader and manager with a passion for theatre and delivering excellent customer care.
- Committed to continuous development of themselves and the wider team.
- Experience of working in an arts or cultural organisation
- High-level IT skills including experience of using a computerised Box Office/ticketing system and experience of online sales and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
To manage the sales operation, ensuring timely set up of productions and events and developing initiatives to increase revenue via the Box Office and online. To play a key role in the customer experience and lead and manage the Box Office team to champion excellence in customer care and ticketing.
