The storm caused issues across the county with property damage, power cuts and fallen trees all caused by the windy weather.
One fallen tree landed on Headington Hill Road on Saturday, crushing the bordering wall as it came down and blocking the road and path.
Labour city councillor Mark Lygo said: “Headington Hill Road is blocked completely, by foot, cycling or any form of transport, fallen tree.”

The road was closed and remained so throughout Sunday as workers devised a way to remove it but the busy road remains shut today (Monday, December 9).
A crane is being used to get the felled tree out of the way so that a normal traffic flow can resume in the area.
Buses have been diverted as a result as an update from Oxford Tube said: “Due to fallen tree on Headington Hill we are unable to service Brookes University towards London.
“Please make your way to St Clements or Headington Shops to board coach. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.”

A statement from Oxon Travel on X added: “Road closed.
“The A420 Headington Hill Road in Oxford remains closed while contractors use specialist crane to remove the fallen trees that are blocking the road.
“Please find an alternative route.”
