The incident first occurred on Friday afternoon as motorists noticed that the traffic signals on the A415 Newbridge near Standlake, Witney were out.
Thames Valley Police has been notified of the issue as drivers across the county are being made aware of the problem and warned.
A statement by Oxon Travel published on Friday said: “Traffic signals fault.

This is the latest instance of traffic signals not working in Oxfordshire this month after Littlemore’s Heyford Hill roundabout also was dealt the same problems in Oxford.
