Eli Manning estate sale moves online following overwhelming interest. See new dates here

Due to overwhelming interest, Eli Manning’s Oxford estate sale will now occur completely online. The sale was originally set to accommodate around 4,000 people shopping on site over the course of three days.

Eli Manning, a famed football player with roots as an Ole Miss Rebel, has sold his Oxford home, one of several which he shares with his wife Abby McGrew.

The items inside the fully furnished home, including football memorabilia and art with pieces worth up to $100,000, are up for grab.

A listing for the estate sale on estatesales.net received an overwhelming response. The company in charge of the estate’s liquidation is Memphis-based Robison-Finch Estate Sales. Owner of the company, Ken Robison, said last Friday he was expecting a crowd of eager shoppers upward of 4,000 people.

Robison said he expected these shoppers to start lining up the night before the sale’s opening.

Plans to accommodate these shoppers included portable restrooms and crowd control from the Oxford Police Department.

Since Robison told the Clarion Ledger of these plans last Friday, Robison-Finch Estate Sales received countless emails and phone calls from people interested in attending the sale. The estimated attendance was no longer 4,000; Robison said he couldn’t even predict the new number of shoppers.

Robison-Finch made the decision to move the sale completely online. This decision was made with the comfort of the shoppers as well as the estate’s neighbors in mind.

The actual items are currently being relocated to Memphis.

“We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused,” Robison said. “We’re confident this is the fairest option for the neighborhood, our client and our customers in the city of Oxford.”

When is the sale?

Now, the sale will take place online at estatesales.net from May 31 to June 3. Pricing will be posted on May 30 at 10 a.m. The sale will end at 4 p.m. June 3.

The sale, like an in-person sale, is first come, first serve.

What can you buy?

Along with “Eli Manning sports memorabilia,” the listing promises artwork, clothes, furniture and exercise equipment from Manning’s weight room.

The estate sale listing includes:

  • Eli Manning sports memorabilia, including footballs
  • Various artwork and pottery
  • Furniture
  • Yeti cooler and cups
  • Fender guitar
  • Men and women’s clothing, including some of Manning’s shoes
  • Kids playroom items
  • Patio furniture
  • Weight room items

The sale boasts paintings and other works of art from artists including Carroll Cloar, Ida Kohlmeyer and Marie Hull, among others. The Carroll Cloar piece in particular, Robison said, is worth around $100,000.

Those lucky enough to snag some of the items will have a fun story to tell friends paired with the new items. When tailgating next fall, imagine grabbing a drink from your Yeti cooler and getting to tell your friends you got it from Eli Manning’s estate sale.
