The Oxford United striker scored four goals in four league games last month, including a stunner at Blackburn Rovers.
Harris opened the scoring for the U’s, when Matt Phillips chested down Jamie Cumming’s long ball forward into his path, with Harris pinging a sweetly struck 35-yard first-time volley which looped over Aynsley Pears in the Rovers goal.

Also in the running for the Championship goal of the month are Vakoun Bayo’s acrobatic half-volley for Watford against Derby County, a delicious strike from George Tanner for Bristol City against Coventry City, and an Andreas Weimann looped effort from distance for Blackburn in the East Lancashire derby at Burnley.
United fans can vote for Harris on the EFL website before 5pm on Monday.
Supporter votes will be combined with the choices from a panel, and the winner will be announced on September 20.
