OXFORD, Miss. – Fans can get a first look at the 2024-25 Ole Miss men’s basketball team before the regular season begins, as the team will welcome Illinois for a charity exhibition game on Sunday, October 27 at 1 p.m. in the SJB Pavilion.
Tickets will cost $20 for general admission seating, with the exception of floor seats. Net proceeds from sales will benefit CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of North Mississippi, which helps advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children involved in proceedings through youth courts. Parking will be open.
All Ole Miss students can attend for free with a valid student ID.

A 20-win team for the last five consecutive seasons, Illinois is one of the premiere college basketball programs in the country. The Fighting Illini won 29 games last season, reaching the Elite Eight of the 2024 NCAA Tournament.
Anticipation is on the rise for the Ole Miss men’s basketball team, as they head into the second season under head coach Chris Beard. The Rebels return six players from last year, including three starters, adding six transfers and four first-year student-athletes.
