Jack Badger died on the railway line at Challow on Tuesday, September 17.
Oxford United fans held a minute’s applause last weekend as the U’s lost 2-1 away to Bristol City with a similar tribute now taking place at the Kassam today.

Both Burnley and Oxford fans stopped to show their respects in the 24th minute of the Championship fixture.

U’s boss Des Buckingham has also been wearing a shirt to raise awareness for Boys Get Sad Too, which supports men’s mental health.
Ahead of this afternoon’s game, a statement from Oxford United said: “Forever Yellow once again, in honour of Jack Badger, we ask you to join us in a minute’s applause during the 24th minute of today’s game. Always United.”

Mr Badger from Wantage was a midfielder playing for Abingdon United having already played for local side Wantage Town where he was from.
Jack Badger (Image: Abingdon United) Emergency services were called to the railway line at around 8.30am on Tuesday, September 17.
Police cars, ambulances and fire engines were all in attendance with a person pronounced dead at the scene.
An inquest opening into his death is scheduled to take place at Oxford Coroner’s Court on Thursday, October 3.
