Emily Slupek has been appointed director in the project management team in Savills’ Building & Project Consultancy (BPC) in Oxford.
Emily, who started the new role on October 1, has more than 20 years’ experience in the built environment and has a considerable track record in complex development projects in the science and technology sector.
She joins from Bidwells where she led the Oxford project management team and advised on prominent schemes including British Land’s redevelopment of retail areas in Botley Road in Oxford into 300,000 sq ft of lab space, Harwell’s new Innovation Quarter building and the highly complex delivery of SOMIL mini cyclotron and hot cells labs for Oxford University.
Her involvement in the science sector includes regular engagement with conference panels, roundtables and in other thought-leadership forums. She is part of Advanced Oxford and was nominated into the NLA Innovations District Exert Panel from 2021 – 2023.
At Savills, she will lead and grow the Savills Oxford project management team, focusing primarily on the science, tech and education sectors and working collaboratively with project management teams in Cambridge, London and Savills Science.
