Oxford United are pleased to confirm ticket information for the Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 18th May 2024, kick-off 4.15pm.

The victory over Peterborough United in the semi-final has set up a tie with Bolton Wanderers, with the winner earning a spot in the Championship for the 2024/25 season.

Oxford United have been allocated 36,533 tickets for the West End of Wembley Stadium. Following advice from the EFL, tickets will be sold in order from North to South.

To ensure a speedy ticket-buying process, supporters are advised to ensure they read all information below thoroughly as many questions are answered in the following text.

On Sale Dates

Tickets will be available exclusively to Season Ticket Holders and Yellows Members/Yellows + Members before going on general sale. The dates and times are as follows:

  • Season Ticket Holders and Yellows Members/Yellows + Members Only: Thursday 9th May from 12:00pm
  • General Sale Tickets are on sale to any supporter with a Yellows Account (registered on or before Wednesday 8th May) from 10:00am on Monday 13th May

How To Buy

Tickets will be available to purchase ONLINE ONLY and exclusively at http://oufctickets.co.uk/

Please be aware tickets will NOT be available to purchase over the telephone or in person. Information on Disability Access Tickets is below.

Supporters will need to log in to a Yellows Account to purchase tickets. For more information regarding a Yellows Account, please click HERE.

A maximum of six tickets can be purchased per fan number for any supporter with a Yellows Account registered on or before Wednesday 8th May.

Due to the large volume of tickets needed to be sold and dispatched in such a short space of time, and following advice from the EFL, all tickets will be DIGITAL ONLY for this fixture.

Tickets will begin to be dispatched from 3pm on Tuesday 14th May, subject to sign-off from the EFL and Wembley.

Prices

Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into three sections. There is also a concession rate for supporters aged 65 and over as well as for children aged 16 and under, and young adults are classified as supporters aged between 17-21.

Cat 1 – £86 Adults, £64.50 Young Adult, £43 Conc.

Cat 2 – £67 Adults, £50.25 Young Adult, £33.50 Conc.

Cat 3 – £59 Adults, £44.25 Young Adult, £29.50 Conc.

Cat 4 – £55 Adults, £41.25 Young Adult, £27.50 Conc.

Cat 5 – £41 Adults, £30.75 Young Adult, £20.50 Conc.

Cat 6 – £31 Adults, £23.25 Young Adult, £15.50 Conc.

The price categories will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

There is a £2.50 booking fee per ticket and a £1.25 transaction fee per order.

Staff at Wembley Stadium will be actively checking purchases of concessionary tickets on entry – please ensure you have proof of age/photo ID in your possession on entry into the stadium.

Disability Access Tickets

Wheelchair users and ambulant disabled tickets with accompanying personal assistant tickets will be made available, subject to availability. These will be sold according to the criteria outlined in the ‘On Sale Dates’ section.

Please contact the Ticket Office by telephone to purchase. Wheelchair users with a 2023/24 Season Ticket and Yellows Account will also be able to book online for this fixture.

There are several seats which have step free access that are recommended for guests with mobility difficulties, which are positioned in Level 1 rows 31/32.

Please note audio description receivers and mini-induction loops can be collected from one of Wembley’s information booths on the internal concourse on the day of the match. Important Information

Should you have any problems accessing your Yellows Account with Ticketmaster, please refer to our Yellows Accounts information which can be viewed HERE.

Supporter Fan Numbers are displayed on Season Tickets, Match Tickets, and Yellows Accounts.

Supporters should be aware, due to the large volume of emails expected, they may have to wait 2-3 working days for a response. The best way to obtain important information is to visit our Wembley Ticketing FAQ’s page.

Tickets will not be available to purchase over the telephone or in person. Supporters are advised that it might not be possible to respond to queries over the phone or via email.

No Resale of Tickets

It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets.

Any Oxford United supporter found to be reselling tickets will also be subject to action from the club.

Fan Areas

Family Area – Wembley Stadium has designated approximately 1,700 seats (Blocks 137 to 140 in the West End) as a Family Area for Oxford United supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than one adult for three children.

Singing Area – Oxford United recommend fans who would like to sit in the designated singing area choose Blocks 133/134 of the West End.

Standing Area – Wembley Stadium has received approval for licensed standing areas as of the 2022/23 season. The standing area is located at the rear of the three blocks behind the goals on Level 1, at either end of the stadium, incorporating around 867 seats. Please purchase tickets in the Standing Area if you wish to stand, as standing is not permitted in any other area of the stadium.

13 Years and Under – All children aged 13 years & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Babies – Children under the age of two are not permitted access into the stadium, including in hospitality areas. Children aged two years and over will be permitted entry with a valid match ticket.

Crowd Flags & Musical Instruments – Any supporters wishing to take large flags* to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact https://help.wembleyStadium.com/support/tickets/new to request permission.

*Guests may bring a flag into the ground without permission from Wembley Stadium should the following apply:

  • The flag is smaller than 250cm in size at the widest or longest point.
  • The flag does not have an attached flagpole.
  • In the case of an attached flagpole, it is made from wood or plastic only and is no longer than 1m in length and 1cm in diameter.
  • There is no advertising or commercial message on the flag, and it is not a national flag, other than of the competing players.
  • The flag does not contain any abusive or defamatory language/messages.

Any supporters wishing to bring a musical instrument into the Stadium must obtain permission by providing the following details to the Finalist Club:

  • Player’s name
  • Instrument type
  • Player’s contact details
  • Picture of the instrument
  • Seat details & turnstile for entry
  • Arrival time at the turnstile

The Club must have knowledge of the player and they should be a regular attendee of Club matches. The Club, the EFL & WNSL will all need to authorise the musical instrument before it can be brought into the stadium.

No instruments are permitted on level 5 or within boxes. Ideally the player of the instrument should be situated in the middle of the back row of blocks 111, 112, 133 or 134. Please note that these blocks are standing areas. Separate guidelines are available upon request.

Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them. Wembley Stadium has strict policies with regards to supporters bringing in musical instruments or flags. For more information, please contact Oxford United’s Safety Officer, Michelle Walton.

Travel

London Road Travel Club – Pick-ups will be from three separate locations*, with each pick-up taking place at 11.45am. The three locations are:

  • Kassam Stadium (No parking in the stadium car park)
  • Redbridge Park & Ride – adjacent coach and lorry park (Parking fees apply)
  • Thornhill Park & Ride – Bus stop on main road opposite P&R (Parking fees apply)

*Please note these will be separate pick-up points i.e., Kassam Stadium pick-up will not go to Redbridge or Thornhill to pick up.

Official Coaches – Official Coach Travel is available online at http://oufctickets.co.uk. Please only make your Coach Travel arrangements after you have purchased your match ticket. Coach travel is subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis and booking a space on the coach does not guarantee you a match ticket nor does it include a ticket within the price.

Public Transport – Wembley Stadium is a public transport destination with limited onsite parking. The stadium is well served by national and local rail networks.

Car Parking – Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on matchday.

Blue Badge Parking at Wembley Stadium is available to purchase, subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on matchday.
